In 2024, you will be able to get a direct train to the city in less than 40 minutes. In 2026, you will be able to catch a train directly to the new Western Sydney airport. Take a moment to check out some of the earmarked changes to Carrington Rd, it is going to be extended directly to Norwest Boulevard by demolishing some of the industrial area and made 2 lanes. The NSW Government has already indicated that it will be increasing migration from 200k from before Covid to 400k soon, I hope I'm around to see what it looks like in 30-50 years. My wife and I are both in our early forties and are still in contact with the original owners of this property who built it 40 years ago, we even have photos from before it was even built.

This block is perpendicular to Britannia Rd which leads to the elite areas of Castle Hill. It is the property that has been used as the border to define the R4 and R3 zones. It offers a unique opportunity as the location where any signage would be placed for future developments in the area.
